FAQ

Do I need special clothes or shoes?

We recommend you wear moisture wicking, comfortable work out attire. When layering, for outdoor conditions, be sure the moisture wicking material is closest to the skin.  Wearing cycle or Tri shorts with padding may also add comfort.  


Riders can bring their SPD clip style cycle shoes or wear stiff soled sneaker style shoes. 

What if I'm new to spinning or working out?

Our sessions are designed for all fitness levels. The spin cycles and ellipticals are low impact and each rider controls their resistance level and pace.  Modification instructions are given during each session.  The goal is to go at your own pace and develop your strength and endurance safely!

What should I bring?

Everyone should bring their preferred hydration, a small towel to wipe the sweat and proper clothing layers to match the weather conditions.  For outdoor sessions,  we suggest sunglasses,  visor or hat and sunscreen. 

How should I prepare for my first session?

We recommend you hydrate adequately before, during and after any workout and allow time to properly stretch before and after each session.
